1 Device Introduction
The WGB-632A Microcomputer Transformer Protection and Control Device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is primarily suitable for use as the main protection and control device for two-winding transformers at voltage levels of 66kV and below. It can be directly installed on high-voltage switchgear or mounted in panels.
1.2 Main Features
1. The device supports both AC and DC input power, offering strong field adaptability:
The auxiliary power supply is compatible with both AC and DC, with a maximum input voltage of 500V, making it suitable for various complex power supply environments;
The operating circuit power supply supports both AC and DC, adapting to either AC or DC power systems;
The digital input circuit power supply supports both AC and DC, adapting to either AC or DC power systems.
2. The device has a wide current input range, compatible with both 5A and 1A, providing convenience for user selection and use.
3. The device features powerful communication capabilities, with two Ethernet ports and two RS485 communication interfaces as standard, facilitating various networking methods. It supports multiple communication protocols such as IEC61850, IEC-103, TP-103, and MODBUS-RTU, offering flexible communication and easy integration with various microcomputer monitoring or protection management systems.
4. The device has robust time synchronization functionality, supporting multiple synchronization methods such as network time synchronization, PPS, PPM, or B code.
5. The device utilizes dual 32-bit high-performance embedded microprocessors, large-capacity RAM, and Flash Memory. With an SoC solution, it offers strong data processing, logical operation, and information storage capabilities, high operational speed, and reliability.
6. The device employs 16-bit high-precision A/D conversion for data acquisition, with 64 sampling points per cycle, ensuring high protection measurement accuracy.
7. Rear plug-in design with separation of high and low voltage circuits; the reinforced unit chassis is designed to withstand strong vibration and interference, allowing for decentralized installation on switchgear.
8. It can store four sets of up to 400 recent event reports and operation reports, as well as waveform recording data for the five most recent faults.
9. Features a graphical LCD with Chinese display and menu-based operation.
11. Real-time multi-tasking operating system with modular programming; excellent real-time performance and high reliability.
12. Eight sets of protection settings, with safe and convenient setting zone switching.
13. Standard configuration includes three 4-20mA output channels and four 4-20mA input channels, facilitating analog signal acquisition and control function expansion for industrial customers.
14. Abundant digital input and output resources: up to 30 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs, with no less than 6 spare outputs, enabling signal expansion or control output.
15. Complete circuit breaker operating circuit with remote control functionality for circuit breakers.
16. Integration of protection and control functions, with a single device performing the main functions of the bay.
